About the event
Your Community Needs You! Stand with us to Move Silfab at the York County Council Meeting on May 19!
Join us on Monday, May 19 at the York County Council Meeting to show the strength of our community. Your presence can make a critical difference in the fight to move Silfab to a properly zoned location, away from our schools, neighborhoods, and senior communities.
Why Attend?
We are hopeful that Silfab will be on the agenda and that the council may even vote on a Cease and Desist Agreement—a powerful step toward protecting our community. Many community members are prepared to speak out against Silfab’s plans to build a heavy industrial facility in a light industrial zone near schools and residential areas.
The more people who attend, the stronger our message will be. Let's demonstrate to County Council that we are united and committed to keeping our community safe.
