Silfab Solar continues to move forward next to our schools and neighborhoods. The students of Flint Hill Elementary School and thousands of nearby residents deserve better.
The South Carolina Attorney General, Alan Wilson, has stated multiple times that York County has the authority to revoke Silfab’s Certificate of Occupancy. Yet York County Council continues to refuse to act.
Temporary pauses and “assembly only” operations are not solutions. Our community deserves permanent protection.
