Three Ways You Can Help Move Silfab Out of Our Community

Updated: Apr 10

The fight to protect Fort Mill from Silfab Solar’s hazardous heavy industrial plant is far from over—but with your help, we can keep pushing forward. Every action you take makes a real impact, and there are three critical ways you can help today.

1. Spread the Word and Get More Signatures on the Petition

One of the most powerful ways to show our collective opposition is by gathering as many petition signatures as possible. If you live in York County, Mecklenburg County, Union County, or Lancaster County, please share the petition with your neighbors, family, and friends.

Post it on your neighborhood page, in local Facebook groups, and encourage others to sign. The more voices we gather, the stronger our case becomes.

2. Donate to Our GoFundMe to Keep the Fight Alive

Fighting a corporation like Silfab isn’t easy, and legal battles require resources. We need financial support to cover legal fees, expert consultations, and community outreach efforts. Even the smallest donation makes a difference. If you can contribute—or ask others to—please do.

Every dollar goes directly towards our fight to move Silfab to a properly zoned area and protect our homes, schools, and families.

3. Contact Elected Officials and Demand Action

We need to keep the pressure on government officials at every level. Email, call, and message county council members, school board members, Congressman Ralph Norman, the EPA, and anyone in a position to take action. Let them know that Fort Mill residents will not stand for this blatant disregard for zoning laws and community safety.

Use your voice to demand that our elected leaders step up and ensure that Silfab is relocated to a properly zoned area, away from our schools and neighborhoods.

We Can Win This – But Not Without Your Help

Our community is strong, and when we stand together, we can protect our families, homes, and future. Please take a few minutes today to take action. Sign the petition, donate if you can, and contact our officials.

Together, we can move Silfab and keep Fort Mill safe.

Thank you for standing with us. 💙
