Your Donations at Work

Our fight to stop Silfab’s unlawful industrial operation in Fort Mill is intensifying—and thanks to your support, we’re gaining real momentum. As we approach a pivotal court hearing, we want to be fully transparent about how every dollar you’ve contributed is being put to work.

We understand the importance of trust and accountability. That’s why we’re sharing a detailed financial breakdown showing exactly how funds have been spent—and how much remains available to support our legal efforts.

 Highlights from Our Financial Report:

  • $7,000/month in average legal fees to keep pressure on York County and Silfab

  • Funds used exclusively for attorney fees, court filings, expert consultations, and document preparation

  • Every dollar tracked and accounted for—no waste, no salaries, no overhead

What’s Next:

Despite the York County BZA’s unanimous May 9 ruling against Silfab, the company continues construction, and the county continues issuing permits. But cracks are forming:

  • Silfab was recently issued a Stop Work Order

  • Over $2 million in liens have been filed against Silfab and their landlord

  • A whistleblower lawsuit has been filed by a former Silfab employee

  • A critical court hearing is scheduled for Monday, August 4

At that hearing, our attorney will argue to dismiss Silfab’s appeal of the BZA decision. If successful, this would allow our broader lawsuit against York County, Silfab, and Exeter to proceed—bringing us significantly closer to moving Silfab to a legally zoned location.

We’re Making Progress—But We Still Need You

Every donation directly fuels this legal fight. Whether you’re able to give $25, $250, or more, your support helps ensure we have the resources needed to protect Fort Mill and hold the county accountable.
